Office Visit

An Office Visit:

Prior to your visit, you will be asked to complete an intake form to help us better understand how we can help you or your child.  You may print the form and complete it prior to your first visit.  Otherwise, please arrive 20 minutes prior to your initial visit to complete the intake process.  The initial visit will be one hour.  During this visit we will take a detailed history and perform a thorough examination.  The rest of the time will be spent answering your questions and discussing the wholistic treatment options that we think can help you or your child.  
 
If other treatments are needed, like acupuncture, mind-body medicine, or nutritional counseling, we may ask you to schedule a return appointment.  The doctor will recommend follow-up visits as needed to monitor the progress and further guide the treatment.
