Philosophy of Care:

I believe all diagnosis and treatment is a partnership between the physician and the patient. To that end, I strive to listen carefully to all my patients, and educate them regarding all their treatment options. I am generally a minimalist, and always seek ways to solve patients' problems in the way that is easiest, and least risky to them. I often say, "If you can avoid surgery, aviod it!" However, when surgery is indicated, I offer the latest in minimally invasive treatment options, including NovaSure endometrial ablation as an alternative to hysterectomy, and da Vinci robotic-assisted laparoscopic surgery for hysterectomy and myomectomy.

Hobbies:

My wife and 3 young kids are my top priority. I am active in our church and youth group. I enjoy playing jazz and gospel piano. I enjoy water / snow skiing and swimming.
