Dr. Baldwin completed his residency in urology at LLUMC in 1997. After serving as the Clinic Director and Assistant Chief of Urology at Andrews Air Force Base, he completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at Vanderbilt University. He has been part of the full-time faculty a LLU since 2002. Since Dr. Baldwin's return, all donor nephrectomies are now performed laparoscopically. The scope of minimally invasive procedures has also extended to laparscopic radical prostatectomy and laparoscopic pyeloplasty as well. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Baldwin directs the research program for the urology residency program. His prolific and tireless efforts have resulted in numerous peer review publications and presentations at national and international meetings.
