The purpose of the Reconditioning Program (Adaptive Exercise Class) is to provide instruction and a time and place for persons who have been discharged from formal therapies to continue their exercise programs.

The client may be working on maintaining or developing strength, flexibility, endurance, or general mobility.

Who will benefit?

Person who have completed a rehabilitation program, and would like to continue exercising in a group setting would benefit from this program.

Program benefits

The program includes group sessions in a exercise class format followed by time to work on individual programs on exercise equipment and weights. All classes are supervised by a Loma Linda ORC staff member who will assist you in progressing with your exercise program.
