There are six exam rooms that the residents share.  If a patient has not been seen yet by a resident, pull their chart from the exam door, review it and be comfortable performing a basic history and ophthalmic examination prior to chiefing your patient with one of the residents.

RCRMC surgeries are scheduled to start at 7:30am Monday and Tuesday.  Plan to see a few cataracts and/or retina surgeries during your rotation.  There is a computer screen connected to the operating microscope that allows you to see the surgery.
