How can I purchase tickets to the conference and where do I pick them up?  Tickets to the conference can be purchased online at Speaking of Women's Health tickets or by calling 1-877-LLUMC-4U (1-877-558-6248), 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. Delivery of tickets will occur two to three weeks prior to the conference.

 

Can I purchase my ticket the day of the conference?  No, tickets will not be available for purchase the day of the event. You must purchase your tickets online at Speaking of Women's Health tickets or by calling 1-877-LLUMC-4U (1-877-558-6248).

 

If I cannot make it to the conference can I get a refund?  Yes, you may request a full refund under your online registration number or by calling 1-877-LLUMC-4U (1-877-558-6248) by Oct. 26, 2012.

 

Is parking included?  No. Parking at the Convention Center is $9 per car, per day. We encourage our guests to carpool if at all possible.


Is there a limit to the number of health screenings that I can do?  You can participate in as many health screenings as you would like, provided that you have enough time.


If I do not attend the event but have already paid for my ticket, can you mail me my gift bag?  In order to receive your gift bag, you must be present on the day of the conference.


If my guest cannot attend the event but I've already paid for their ticket, can I pick up their gift bag?  In order to receive a gift bag, the registrant must be present on the day of the conference.


Will food be provided?  Yes, all guests in attendance will receive a gourmet lunch and a continental breakfast. Please note that no outside food is allowed in the Convention Center.


Is there assigned seating?  There will be open seating in the main hall for all attendees.


Can I leave the conference early, or do I have to stay until the conference ends?  You are not obligated to be at the conference all day, but we recommend you do stay for the final afternoon session, to include exciting giveaways and opportunity drawings at the end of the day.


Do I still have to pay for lunch if I only want to attend the breakout sessions?  The price of admission includes educational breakout sessions on women's health topics, a continental breakfast, gourmet lunch, a variety of health screenings and assessments, local and national exhibitors, and an opportunity drawing with outstanding prizes. We cannot sell tickets for individual activities.


If I am on the waiting list, when will I be informed if tickets become available?  A member of our staff will contact you, should any tickets become available.


Can I bring my children?  Please do not bring children. Childcare will not be provided.


What is the minimum age of attendees? All attendees must be at least 18 years of age.
