Ninth Annual Walk to Remember Event hosted at Loma Linda University Church
Each October, memorial walks are held across the nation in honor of National Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month. These events offer individuals opportunities to navigate through the difficult tragedy of losing a baby (pregnancy loss, stillbirth and infant loss of any kind).
Loma Linda University Children’s Hospital Bereavement Services is hosting their 9th Annual “A Walk to Remember” on Sunday, October 12, 2014 at 3:30pm. This free event will take place at the University Church, 11125 Campus Street, Loma Linda, CA 92354.
Angie Smith, bestselling author of four books including: I Will Carry You: The Sacred Dance of Grief
and Joy Unabridged will be our special guest this year.

Volunteers are Needed for the Walk to Remember Event Hosted at Loma Linda University Church
To host a large successful event as this one, we need approximately 300 volunteers. We count on the generous support of the LLUH family and friends to make this type of an event successful.
Various volunteer roles exist and two time shifts are available.
