Initial Visit

The initial visit generally consists of participating in an assessment to determine what your specific needs are.

To Help You Get Started:

•       Intake forms may be downloaded and filled out ahead of time to facilitate the intake process Coming Soon!
•       You may browse a listing of our clinicians to better acquaint yourself Coming Soon!
•       The BHI is located adjacent to the Behavioral Medicine Center
•       There are two parking lot entrances for the BHI, one on Barton Road and one on Iowa Street
