Advanced Cardiac Life Support Renewal (ACLS-R)

This one-day course is designed to re-certify medical professionals as ACLS providers and to renew their skills in the management of cardiac arrest. Participants will gain hands-on experience in code management during the practice sessions the first four hours of class. Testing will be held during the last four hours.

Class fee:
LLUMC employees ­ no charge if required by department/unit. LLUMC will pay testing portion only. (Review available for $40.00 at employee's expense)
$125.00 - All others for review and testing

Class limit: 35

Prerequisites/special instructions: Arrhythmia recognition recommended but not required. Current or renewing CPR card; previous ACLS card.

Cancellation, No Show, Refund Policy:
No refund if Staff Development does not receive cancellation notification at least five (5) working days prior to class. No refund will be provided if participant does not show up for class. In the event the program is cancelled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
