Agony and the Ecstasy: Perspectives of the Supervisory Role

This one-day, interactive class for charge nurses will focus on the relational aspects of the work environment and how to more effectively interact with staff members and each other. Building on the foundation of understanding one's own personal strengths and liabilities, lectures and group activities will help participants to refine skills in crisis assessment and intervention, conflict management, and team building.
