RTS Bereavement Training Program

This two-day program is designed to provide participants with the skills and knowledge they need to respond to families who have lost a baby through miscarriage, stillbirth, ectopic pregnancy, or newborn death. The program discusses grief theory and addressed the individual needs of families who have experienced a neonatal death. This program also provides the participant with a "standard of care" that will assist the bereaved families through the initial crisis toward re-establishing their life without their baby. Participants who have successfully completed the program will be registered as RTS Bereavement Personnel through the Gunderson Lutheran Medical Center in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This program was formerly known as Resolve Through Sharing.
