Mother Infant Attachment/Lactation Management

This course is offered in an eight-hour format and provides the evidence and knowledge to confidently promote, support and protect both breastfeeding and early mother-infant attachment in the hospital setting. 

Target audience: All perinatal health-care professionals who provide care for newborns and their families

Class limit: 25

Prerequisites/special instructions: Preregistration is required. This class includes assignments, pre and post tests.The participant must have a passing score of 80 percent on the post test.

Cancellation/refund/no show policy (Staff Development classes only)
No refund if Staff Development does not receive cancellation notification at least five (5) working days prior to class. No refund will be provided if participant does not show up for class. In the event the program is cancelled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
