Have you ever wondered how to motivate your team? Is constructive criticism a term that fills you with dread? Does the prospect of giving a performance evaluation give you sweaty palms? If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, this is the class for you! if you are in the role of providing evaluation and feedback to others, it is essential to know how to effetively share strengths and stretches in developing others.
