Enhancing Support At Birth & Beyond:
Evidence-Based Practice In The Hospital Setting

This course provides the evidence and knowledge to confidently promote, support, and protect both breast-feeding and early mother-infant attachment in the hospital setting. This course is offered in two, eight-hour formats. Please check the schedule carefully before registering.

Target audience: Any perinatal health-care professional who provides care for newborns and their families

Class fee:
$25.00 - Network hospital employees (refundable upon completion of course)
$30.00 - Non-network hospital employees (San Bernardino/Riverside Counties)
$160.00 - All others

Class limit: 30 (minimal enrollment 10)

Prerequisites/special instructions: Preregistration required. This class includes assignments, pre, and posttest. The participant must have a passing score of 80 percent on final test.

Cancellation, No Show, Refund Policy:
No refund if Staff Development does not receive cancellation notification at least five (5) working days prior to class. No refund will be provided if participant does not show up for class. In the event the program is cancelled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
