Prerequisites/special instructions: Preregistration required. This class includes assignments, pre, and posttest. The participant must have a passing score of 80 percent on final test.

Cancellation, No Show, Refund Policy:
No refund if Staff Development does not receive cancellation notification at least five (5) working days prior to class. No refund will be provided if participant does not show up for class. In the event the program is cancelled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
