Introduction to Case Management

What is case management?  Is it a 'necessary evil' or the 'perfect solution' to today's complex healthcare arena?  If you see advancing technology, shrinking resources, demands placed on the healthcare system by consumers, policyholders, and regulators as nothing but another challenge then you may be looking at case management as your next career move!  This one-day course is designed for healthcare professionals interested in hospital-based case management and those who are new to case management.
