This three-hour workshop is designed for clinicians that wish to review issues related to pediatric IV therapy. Key content to be covered will include pediatric IV insertion technique, pain management during venipuncture, IV maintenance tips, and review of IV complications.

LLUMC employees - no charge ($20.00 refundable deposit required at time of registration)

Prerequisites/special instructions: Preregistration is required at least one week before class. This class is not intended to be an IV certification course.

Cancellation, No Show, Refund Policy:
No refund if Staff Development does not receive cancellation notification at least five (5) working days prior to class. No refund will be provided if participant does not show up for class. In the event the program is cancelled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
