Diabetes Management in Pediatrics
This four-hour conference is designed for health-care professionals who desire to update their knowledge of current clinical practice guidelines for care of the pediatric patient with diabetes. The topics will focus on evidence-based treatment of diabetes, lifestyle and diabetes, medical nutrition therapy for diabetes, affecting behavior change, and clinical practice guidelines for the newly diagnosed pediatric patient with diabetes.
