Practical Concepts for Front Line Leaders

This is a two-day workshop designed to introduce new front line leaders and supervisors to management principles, leadership skills, effective team coaching, and strategies for managing critical group processes.  The course content will focus on creating a culture of safety and creating a nurturing work environment for both the employees and our patients.

Target audience: Charge Personnel and Supervisors who are new to their role or who simply want a refresher of basics in leadership.

Cancellation/refund/no show policy (staff development classes only)
A $20 administrative fee will be charged for cancellation up to five business days prior to class or if participant does not show for class. In the event the program is canceled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
