Practical Concepts for Front Line Leaders

This is a two-day workshop designed to introduce new front line leaders and supervisors to management principles, leadership skills, effective team coaching, and strategies for managing critical group processes.  This course is designed as a leadership orientation for Loma Linda University Adventist Health Science Center team leaders, charge and supervisory personnel.  Principles of quality care for patients as well as staff will be addressed.

 

Target audience: LLUAHSC professional staff that are new to, or currently practicing, as supervisory or charge personnel in all departments.

Cancellation/refund/no show policy (staff development classes only)
A $20 administrative fee will be charged for cancellation up to five business days prior to class or if participant does not show for class. In the event the program is canceled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
