Preceptor Skills Workshop
This one-day workshop is created for the health-care provider who assists in the orientation and assimilation of staff and students to the work environment. The content will provide participants with a general understanding of the preceptor's role and the preceptoring process. This interactive program, based on a model curriculum designed by the Chancellor's Office of the California Community Colleges, includes elements of the preceptor as a role model, educator, facilitator, and evaluator.

Cancellation/refund/no show policy (Staff Development classes only)
A $20 administrative fee will be charged for cancellation up to five business days prior to class or if participant does not show for class. In the event the program is canceled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
