This course is designed for the healthcare professsional caring for the patient and/or family with ineffective coping or self-injurious behavior.  The course will provide the tools for assessment and management of patients and families with manipulative destructive or ineffective coping behaviors.

Cancellation, No Show, Refund Policy:
No refund if staff development does not receive cancellation notification at least five (5) working days prior to class. No refund will be provided if participant does not show up for class. In the event the program is canceled, a full refund will be given. Refundable reservation deposits will be returned upon class attendance.
