Psycho-Social Support
Our social workers understand the patient and family stresses which may occur as a result of a hospital stay or outpatent treatment. They work confidentially with patients, families and children to provide emotional counseling and support.

Patient Navigators are registered nurses trained in oncology care who guide pateints through the challange of dealing with cancer. At LLUCC our Navigators are available to guide patients through the healthcare system while providing education and support.

Nutrition Services
Diet is an integral part of maintaing a healthy lifestyle. When one is diagnosed with cancer it becomes that much more important to make sure you are eating the right foods. At LLUCC we provide one on one sessions with a nutrition specialist in an effort to make sure any eating challenges or nutrition questions are answered.
Pain and Palliative Care
As part of our pain and palliative care program we offer a symptom management clinic. This clinic is available for patients that may need attention to their physicial symptoms such as pain, nausea, vomitting and shortness of breath.
