New Dimensions - Women's General Cancer Support Group
This group is for any woman with a diagnosis of cancer. Members may join before, during, and after treatment. All concerns of the cancer patient will be addressed. Spouse and family members are welcome.

Prostate Cancer Support Group
This group is for men with a diagnosis of prostate cancer. Members may join before, during, or after treatment. The group will focus on all concerns affecting the patient's life. Family members are welcome.

"The Lebed Method"
Focus on Healing Through Therapeutic Exercise and Movement to Music
This program is especially designed for anyone (all adult ages) who has experienced breast cancer (pre- or post-operative) and is also beneficial for anyone with chronic health conditions such as other types of cancer, diabetes, fibromyalgia syndrome, rheumatoid conditions, chronic fatigue, depression, etc. Appropriate for all levels of fitness, the program provides a supportive and safe environment.
Benefits include:
Increases range of motion, upper body mobility, energy
Facilitates release of frozen shoulder
Assists in structural rebalance of body
Promotes positive self image
Fosters empowerment
Reduces depression
Classes on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.
The class sessions are taught in 8-week increments, and there is no cost to attend the class.
