Dr. Deppe is an integral part of the department of family practice. She is heavily involved in women's medicine. Her expertise and knowledge in all aspects of medicine, especially that of women's health issues, has undoubtedly won the respect of residents and attendings. In addition to her major involvement in resident education, she also serves as the faculty clinic medicine director.
Inspite of all her responsibilities, Dr. Deppe is known for selflessly taking time to address any concerns residents have--she shows genuine interest in all residents.
Her ability to think outside the box and her matter-of-fact, often humorous, observations make her stand out as a true asset to this residency.
