Program Mission: "Embracing wholeness for patients and the people who care for them through clinical and educational innovation in the Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH)."

Type of Program: University-administered, Community hospital-based.

Location: Loma Linda is a suburban university community located in the Inland Empire, about 60 miles east of Los Angeles.

Size of program: 32 residents (12-8-8-4)
Three-year categorical Family Medicine: 4-4-4
Four-year combined Family and Preventive Medicine: 4-4-4-4
Rural Track: 4-4-4 (first 6 months at Loma Linda, rest of training at Hanford in the California Central Valley)
