Leading the world in infant heart transplantation

Paul Holc, now 10 years old, points to a photograph of himself when he was an infant. On October 16, 1987, Paul became the youngest person in the world known to have an organ transplant of any kind when he received a new heart at Loma Linda when he was just three hours old.
