Hosts and wheelchairs
At the Medical Center and at the Faculty Medical Office, hosts are stationed at the front entrances to assist you from the shuttle or your car. Wheelchairs are available at any time, and can be obtained from the dispatch services office.
Information desks
Information desks are located just inside the main entrances of all three hospitals and the Faculty Medical Office. The staff at each can assist you with any questions you may have.
Parking and shuttle service
Parking at LLUMC is free to patients and visitors. The main lot is directly adjacent to the southeast corner of the Medical Center and can be accessed using Anderson Street. An overflow parking lot is located on the southeast corner of Anderson Street and Barton Road opposite the Medical Center. A shuttle van operates at regular intervals between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. to transport persons back and forth from the overflow lot to the Medical Center. If you intend to leave your vehicle in the parking lot throughout your stay, please contact the security control room at (909) 558-4000, extension 44320 so officers will know the status of the vehicle.
