The Department of International Patient Services is staffed by dedicated health-care professionals that truly want to make your stay with us as comfortable as possible.

Our goal is to help international patients access one of our specialty medical services, such as proton beam therapy treatment, cardiovascular surgery from our world-renowned International Heart Institute and many other unique medical services.

Your nurse intake coordinator will carefully guide you through the process of becoming a patient at Loma Linda University Medical Center. The financial coordinator will address all of your financial/billing questions in clearly understandable terms. Once you have arrived, our international patient coordinator will continue to provide seamless care and serve as your Medical Center representative throughout your stay with us. You will be connected to the personalized services you would expect from a world-class health-care center.

International Patient Services will manage your care by coordinating all of your medical care, including appointment scheduling, housing needs, financial/ billing information, social/logistical needs, and language interpretation, if necessary. We take care of any special accommodations that may arise.
