Nurse Intake Coordinator

Our nurse intake coordinator will carefully guide you through the process of becoming a patient at LLUMC. She is your medical liaison to our specialty services and will coordinate all of your clinical needs and will manage your initial inquiry for becoming a patient, which includes presenting your medical records and history to our physician specialist.

To contact our nurse intake coordinator, please complete the Patient Referral Form for becoming a patient. Once submitted, she will contact you within 24 hours of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays) to discuss the next steps for becoming a patient at Loma Linda University Medical Center.

International Patient Coordinator

Our international patient coordinator will continue to provide seamless, responsive care and serve as your medical center representative throughout your stay with us. You will be connected to the professional, customized service you would expect from a world-class health-care center.

The international patient coordinator will assist you with housing arrangements, address your social/logistical needs, and provide language interpretation if needed. She will also accompany you to your first medical appointment, give you a tour of the facility, and manage any special requests or accommodations that may arise.

Financial Coordinator

Our financial coordinator will facilitate all financial arrangements for your medical services, which may include providing a treatment case rate (if applicable), detailed letter of agreement, explanation of financial deposits, and insurance verification if necessary.

Financial eligibility and clearance must be made before your first medical appointment. It's important to read our financial information, which will provide you with more detail.
