Clinical director
Carol has been clinical director of the Perinatal Services Network since it began in December 2000. As co-author of the grant, she has been intimately involved in the design and direction of services since the beginning. Carol has fourteen years of clinical experience and received her master's in public health, maternal child health in 1998. Carol's primary responsibilities include promoting evidence-based practice in the hospitals, consulting with individual hospital systems and providing education. Carol's dream is for every mother and every infant to have the opportunity to enjoy a positive bonding experience.
