Application Information

Please note that those applying for the PGY-1 year need to do so through the National Resident Matching Program.  However, since the specialty of preventive medicine has not yet been included in ERAS, application documents need to be sent directly to our residency office.

Complete a residency application form and include a short 1-2 page essay describing your career goals and reasons for applying to the program. 
Please take special note of the instructions regarding the required documents listed in the documentation checklist, and of those which need to be current originals sent directly to the residency by the writers, and those which need to be photocopies sent by the applicant to us.

Interview Date

Once all required documentation has been received by the residency, three personal interviews will be arranged for the applicant on a mutually convenient day.
