Witnessing and Reporting a Criminal Act
If you witness a crime, suspicious person, or incident, contact the Department of Security by dialing 911 on any LLUAHSC or emergency phone. Your awareness and input are essential in preventing crime.
If you are a victim of a criminal act, contact the Department of Security to make a report of the incident and initiate an investigation. If the situation warrants the department will contact the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department who will also investigate the criminal activity
Reporting Acts of Assault or Battery
As of July 1, 1995, any "on-duty" employee of Loma Linda University Adventist Health Services Center entities must report any act of assault or battery committed on them to the Security Department. Reports are required by California law and must be made within 72 hours of their occurrence (H&S 1257).

- lost or found property
Do not use this form if:
- you have suspect information
- you know who the suspect is
- your crime needs to be reported to a Law Enforcement agency
- your crime occured off of LLUAHSC property
