For several years I had accepted pain as coming along with age. The miracle now is that there is no more pain. Now, after eighteen months from the first replacement, my routine is back to normal. With few restrictions and limitations, my weeks include 12 to 15 hours of office work, volunteer work for six to eight hours and a couple hours at the senior exercise class.
